More About Me

Representing Your Best Interests

You deserve to be represented by a REALTOR who will put your best interests first and foremost. Purchasing a home is a major and expensive decision. Selling a home must take in many financial and emotional factors. I will offer solid information, sound advice and no pressure. The final decision is always yours.

Extensive Knowledge & Training

I have been active in the Eastside market since 1989. I was repeatedly voted as " 5 Star - Best in Client Satisfaction" in a Seattle Magazine survey. I have an Managing Broker's license and I am a Designated Relocation Specialist. I also have Certified Residential Specialist and Seniors' Marketing Specialist designations. Certifications require extra education, commitment and a superior record of production. The CRS designation is achieved by only 7% of all REALTORS in the nation. I was also licensed as an Associate Broker in Oregon in 2001. I was selected as Assistant Manager of my 50+ agent office in 2008.

Committed to my Business

Assisting buyers and sellers is my business. I choose to work with a limited number of buyers and sellers at any given time. That way I can offer a premium level of friendly service, without being stretched to thin or having to hand my business off to a less experienced assistant. I truly want my clients to feel they can recommend me to friends and family, without hesitation. Repeat clients and referrals are the largest part of my business. That is the strongest indication that I have done my job well.
I was honored by being twice awarded the Windermere Special Achievement Award for Excellence and served on both the Owners' and Office Advisory Counsels. I actively support Eastside Windermere Foundation where we annually grants hundreds of thousands of dollars for housing, at risk children and educational scholarships. It was my priviledge to sit on the Foundation Board for 6 years.

Personal Background

I was raised in Michigan but I have lived in many states. I am a graduate of University of Washington, a former elementary teacher, mother of 3 and grandmother of 6. I love to travel and have been really fortunate to have been to Europe many times, Africa and assorted other locations. I still have plans to see for Asia in the future.
